Frank Crum, Jr. is the owner and founder of FrankCrum and serves as chairman of the board of directors for Frank Winston Crum Insurance, which he also founded. He has been in the business of serving employers for more than 35 years, and Frank is the sole shareholder across all of the FrankCrum enterprises. Frank is the former President of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) and for years, served as a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). Frank has a special passion for sports, particularly football. He is also the co-owner of Golden Spirit Alpaca Ranch along with his wife, Brenda.

Matt Crum is the President of Frank Winston Crum Insurance and sits on the Board of Directors. He is responsible for managing the operations of the insurance company and works closely with the PEO’s management team on worker’s compensation and other company initiatives. Matt grew up in the Tampa Bay area, where he earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa. He is also a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Religion. Matt serves on several boards in the Tampa Bay area, including the YMCA of the Suncoast, the Clearwater Downtown Partnership, and the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journals’ Up & Comers award in 2013. He is a licensed insurance agent (20-20 and 20-15 licenses) and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.

Jim Carr serves as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of Frank Winston Crum Insurance, as well as on the Board of Directors. Jim graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accountancy. He began his insurance career in 1994 at the Florida Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association. Five years later, he obtained the designation of Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance from the Insurance Institute of America, and became a Certified Public Accountant. He has been with Frank Winston Crum Insurance since its inception.

John Dixon is a practicing attorney and a member of the Florida Bar. In addition to serving on the FWCI Board of Directors, he is also a member of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. John has been handling worker’s compensation and insurance defense cases throughout Florida for the last 14 years. John attended the Florida State University College of Law.

Mike Kindt is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). For more than three decades, Mike has paired his Certified Financial Planner education with his experience as a former CPA to provide proactive financial planning solutions to clients. In addition to serving on the FWCI Board of Directors, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Charity Works, and Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP). Mike is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA). Mike holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from The University of South Florida.
